The Company has published its unaudited financial statements for the quarter
ended on 31 December 2024 (the Q4 2024 financial statements (audited)),
acting, among others, as Issuer of (i) USD 1,500,000,000 6.129% Notes due 2038
and (ii) USD 1,500,000,000 6.510% Notes due 2042 (iii) USD 1,400,000,000
5.8528% Notes due 2036 (iv) USD 1,600,000,000 6.1027% Notes due 2042, under
its U.S.$ 11,500,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme.

 

The Q4 2024 financial statements (audited) are published as an annex to this
notice.
