Sept 7 (Reuters) - Sohu.Com Inc SOHU.O :
* On September 7, 2017, registrant entered into a credit agreement with
Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited - SEC Filing
* Pursuant to ICBC credit agreement registrant is entitled to borrow from
ICBC up to an aggregate of RMB800 million (or about US$123 million)
* On September 1, 2017 registrant and Ping An Bank entered into an amendment
to original PAB credit agreements
* Last drawdown of the ICBC loan to be made no later than March 31, 2018
* Initial annual interest rate applicable to initial drawdown is expected
to be approximately 5.5 percent
* Entered into credit agreement with ICBC limited pursuant to which co is
entitled to borrow up to an aggregate of RMB 800 million
* Pursuant to PAB credit agreement, maximum amount registrant to borrow
under original credit agreements reduced from RMB2.5 billion to RMB600 million
