Produktion und Vertrieb von solartechnischen Produkten  SFXG.F : 
    * Announces discontinuation of its Wismar operations 
    * Solar-Fabrik Wismar Gmbh I.I., a 100 percent subsidiary of 
Solar-Fabrik AG I.I. will discontinue their operations on 
November 30, 2015 
    * Settles an agreement with workers' council about a 
transfer company to take over employees of Wismar operations
