Confirmation of Change in Website Address

 

8 March 2023: Solgenics Limited ( the "Company") announces that, further to
its announcement on 2 March 2023, regarding the change of its name from
Ncondezi Energy Limited to Solgenics Limited, the Company's website address
has changed to www.solgenics.com (http://www.solgenics.com) with immediate
effect.  The information required to be disclosed pursuant to AIM Rule 26 of
the AIM Rules for Companies can be accessed on
