Solgenics Limited (formerly Ncondezi Energy Limited)

 

Confirmation of Name Change

 

2 March 2023: Solgenics Limited ( the "Company") announces that, further to
its announcement of 28 February 2023, the British Virgin Islands Financial
Services Commission ("BVIFSC") has confirmed the name change from Ncondezi
Energy Limited to Solgenics Limited ("Solgenics"). Accordingly dealings under
the new company name of Solgenics Limited and new TIDM  "SGN", will commence
from 8.00 a.m. on 3 March 2023.

 

As previously announced, the name change Solgenics reflects the Company's
focus on renewable energy development. The Company's ISIN will remain
VGG640631039. The Company`s Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) remains
2138003W75PP9STE9J18. Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will
be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be
retained as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share
certificates will be issued.

 

The information required to be disclosed pursuant to AIM Rule 26 of the AIM

www.solgenics.com (http://www.solgenics.com) will go live on or around 6 March
2023 and the Company will make a further announcement to confirm this.

 

Commenting on the change of name, Hanno Pengilly, CEO said: "I am delighted to
confirm the Company's change of name and we look forward to rebranding as
Solgenics Limited. This provides a clear signal to all stakeholders that we
are committed to developing clean, green power projects.

 

Offtake discussions for our flagship Tete Solar Project are progressing and we
