* Said on Friday that together with its unit ProGeo
Monitoring GmbH have concluded a notarial sales contract for the
sale of the former production hall at the Großbeeren site
* Buyer is Priedemann Holding GmbH
* Purchase price amounts to 1.65 million euros ($1.85
million)and results for the group with earnings contribution of
0.65 million euros in current financial year
