U.S. stock index futures ticked higher on Thursday, ahead of first-quarter
earnings from a slew of Wall Street lenders on the last day of a
holiday-shortened week, while Twitter shares jumped after Elon Musk's takeover

    At 7:52 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.33% at 34,595. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.03% at 4,443.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were unchanged
at 14,221.75.
