   chancery 
 * On may 19, the court of chancery issued letter opinion granting sbs's motion 
   to dismiss counts i,ii,iv of the lawsuit 
 * Says dismissal was formalized in an order issued by the court on may 22, 2015 
 * Only count III of lawsuit, relating to co's October 2013 series b preferred stock repurchase, remains outstanding
