** Photovoltaic solutions provider's shares  SPI.O  up 15%
to $2.6 premarket after co launches hemp and cannabidiol (CBD)
business
    ** Stock set to open at more than 3-month high, if gains
hold
    ** Recently executed a management services agreement with
the Native American Agricultural Company (NAAC) to cultivate

    ** Co has also obtained licenses from Navajo Nation for lab
testing, cultivation, distribution and retail sales of hemp
    ** SPI among best performers across all U.S. exchanges 
    ** Including session's gains, stock has more than doubled
