    ** Co to sell ~1.4 mln ordinary shares, priced at $10.79, a
13.05% discount to stock's last close  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nACSTLNN4a
 
    ** Gross proceeds from the offering to be ~$14.7 mln
    ** The offer is expected to close around Feb. 10 
    ** Roth Capital Partners, Kingswood Capital Markets,
division of Benchmark Investments, Inc., and Maxim Group LLC are
acting as co-placement agents for the offering 
    ** Stock up ~42% this year, as of last close
