Director/PDMR Share Dealing

 

SPORTECH PLC (AIM: SPO), the international betting technology business,
announces that the Company has been notified that on 21 October 2022, Clive
Whiley, Non-Executive Director of Sportech, became interested in 150,000
Ordinary Shares at 16.25 pence each in the Company, via Zodiac Executive
Pension Scheme (where he is the sole beneficiary). This represents his current
holding.
