Correction: Director/PDMR Share Dealings

 

 

Sportech has been advised that, in connection with the Company's recent tender
offer, due to an administrative error, Nicola Rowlands, Chief Financial
Officer, tendered 35,620 Ordinary Shares rather than the 20,152 Ordinary
Shares (as announced on 15 October 2021) and therefore held 7,240 Ordinary
Shares in the Company. Nicola Rowlands has since purchased 15,468 Ordinary
Shares, and, as a result, her resultant holding is now 22,708 Ordinary Shares
as announced on 15 October 2021.

 

An amended version of the PDMR notification form originally issued on 15
October 2021 is set out below alongside an initial PDMR notification related
to the purchase of 15,468 Ordinary Shares.

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them.

 

The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with
