Social Reality: Gains on sale of stake in medical unit

** Social Reality's shares  SRAX.O  up 7.1 pct premarket
    ** The blockchain-based digital marketing Co says it sold a
controlling interest in healthcare digital ad product line,
SRAXmd, for up to $52.5 mln  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPn9fX72Ca
    ** SRAX said on Oct. 17 it would pursue strategic options
for the unit  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASB0BNAH
    ** Since then SRAX has gained ~95 pct, with its stock ebbing
and flowing with the price of bitcoin
    ** Stock's gains have been as much as ~168 pct from Oct to
end Nov and as low as ~10 pct from Oct to late May
