in early trade
    ** SRAX announces a $10 mln stock buyback program
    ** Co also says it will offer a one-time special dividend of

    ** SRAX, which provides data on publicly traded firms
through its software-as-a-service platform, Sequire, says it
will issue preferred shares to holders of its common stock on
Sept. 20 this year
    ** Stock up ~24% YTD, as of Monday's close
