Sub: Board Meeting
This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 7th November, 2015 at Kolkata, India to, inter alia, consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2015.
Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Srei Insider Code), framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 30th October, 2015 till Monday, 9th November, 2015 (both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 Hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, all the Insiders (including Directors and designated employees as per Srei Insider Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
