** British money manager reports Q1 net inflows of 1.53 billion pounds ($2.07 billion), down from 1.69 billion pounds ($2.28 billion) a year earlier

** Co says a decline in global markets during the quarter impacted FUM, which closed at 216.9 billion pounds

** SJP has fallen about 13.3% YTD
