** British wealth manager increases shareholder payout ratio to 70% of underlying cash profit
** SJP says FY funds under management grew 16% to 220.0 billion pounds ($297.37 billion)
** Co reports net inflows of 6.2 billion pounds vs 4.3 billion pounds a year ago

** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had fallen 9.03% YTD, compared with a 8.5% YTD increase in FTSE
