UK Stocks-Factors to watch on September 8 (updated)

Adds company news, updates futures

Sept 8 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.3%.

* IQE: Apple supplier IQE IQE.L said on Monday it has expanded the scope of its strategic review to consider a
potential sale
 of the company.

* PHOENIX GROUP: British insurer Phoenix Group PHNX.L reported a 25%
rise
 in half-year adjusted operating profit on Monday, helped by growth in its pensions and savings business.

* VISTRY: UK's housing and regeneration agency Homes England on Monday said it had entered a new
joint venture
 partnership with homebuilder Vistry VTYV.L, backed by a combined capital investment of 150 million pounds ($202.6 million).

* PROJECT GLOW TOPCO: Britain's Project Glow Topco, the parent of Beauty Tech Group, which makes and sells at-home beauty devices using lights and lasers, said on Monday it is
considering
 an initial public offering on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

* GUARDIAN METAL RESOURCES: Guardian Metal Resources GMET.L on Monday said it
intends
 to offer ordinary shares in the United States and complete a related listing on a U.S. securities exchange by the first half of 2026 to help boost its presence in the country.

        * REVOLUT: Balderton Capital, an early investor in London-based fintech firm Revolut, has sold shares worth hundreds of millions of dollars, the Financial Times reported on Friday.

* COMMODITIES: Oil prices gained more than 1%, gold prices held firm near an all-time high and copper prices in London inched up on Monday.
