("Star Energy" or the "Company")

Block Listing Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock
Exchange for a block listing of 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.002p each to be
admitted to trading on AIM.

The purpose of the block listing is to satisfy the issue of shares under the
Company's employee share option schemes including the 2015 Management
Retention Plan, the 2016 Executive Incentive Plan and the 2015 Executive
Director Retention Plan.

The Shares are expected to be admitted to trading subsequent to 8:00am on 27
May 2026. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing
ordinary shares of the Company.
