ANNUAL REPORT PUBLICATION UPDATE
 
Star Phoenix (AIM: STA), an international company with an oilfield services business in Trinidad and an oil and gas interest in Indonesia, advises that its Annual Report for the 12 months ended 30 June 2020 (audited) is expected to be published by the end of October 2020. A further announcement will be made to shareholders to notify them once the report has been published.
This announcement has been approved by Chairman Kerry Gu on behalf of the Company.
