COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGES
 

Star Phoenix, an AIM listed company (AIM: STA) focused on growth through attractive opportunities, announces that, following the Company's update in respect of management changes on 27 August 2021, Mr Richard (Rick) John Clark will no longer be joining the Company due to personal health reasons. Mr Lubing Liu, the Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and Joint Company Secretary will continue in his role as Company Secretary.
 
All other management changes announced on 27 August will go ahead as announced.
