CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL AND ISIN CHANGE
Star Phoenix, an international company with oil and gas projects and oilfield service businesses in Trinidad and Indonesia, confirms that its previously announced share consolidation will become effective from 8.00 a.m. on Thursday, 5 December 2019. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL will change to AU0000067084 and BKMDWK0, respectively also with effect from 5 December 2019.
