NOTICE OF HALF-YEAR REPORT
Star Phoenix (AIM: STA), an international company with an oilfield services business in Trinidad and an oil and gas interest in Indonesia, announces that its unaudited half-year report for the 6 months ended 31 December 2020 will be released by the end of April 2021.
 
Further to the guidance provided in "Inside AIM" on 27 January 2021, the Company will extend the reporting deadline by one month, planning to release its half-year report by 30 April 2021, which would otherwise be required by 31 March 2021.
