Update On RRDSL Claim

 

Star Phoenix, an AIM listed company (AIM: STA) focused on growth through
attractive opportunities, provides the following update in relation to its
wholly owned subsidiary in Trinidad, Range Resources Drilling Services
Limited ("RRDSL").

Star Phoenix is pleased to announce that RRDSL has won a claim at an amount of
approximately TT$1.1 million (£132,000) against 360 Oil and Gas Limited in
the Supreme Court of Trinidad and Tobago in respect of unpaid service fees.

This announcement has been approved by Chairman Lubing Liu on behalf of the
Company.
