* Phar-term sheet in relation to subscription of new shares under specific mandate and resumption of trading  0399.HK  
* On 29 November 2015, the company and the subscriber entered into the term sheet 
* Application has been made for the resumption of trading in the shareswith effect from 9:00 a.m. on 2 December 2015 
* Pursuant to term sheet parties agreed on indicative terms for subscription of 600 million new shares by subscriber 
* Says gross proceeds from the subscription will be hk$600 million
