Exercise of warrants and issue of equity
The Company has today issued 2,333,333 ordinary shares of no par value at a price of 2.5p per share ("the New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of warrants granted in connection with the Company's placing announced on 21 June 2017. The total cash value received was 58,333. 
The New Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading on AIM as part of the Block Admission which became effective on 26 June 2017. Warrants over 6,333,334 ordinary shares of no par value remain unexercised.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of ordinary shares of no par value of Starcom Plc in issue is 256,742,846. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 256,742,846. 
This number may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
