Appointment of Auditor

 

Starcrest Education Limited (LSE: OBOR) ("Starcrest"), the international
developer and operator of education services in Europe, is pleased to announce
the appointment of Shipleys LLP ("Shipleys") as its new auditor, with
immediate effect.

 

Shipleys has been appointed to conduct an audit of the proposed enlarged
group* for the year ended 31 December 2022; and a review of interim financial
information for the 6 months ended 30 June 2022.

 

* The proposed enlarged group relates to the Group's Proposed Acquisition of
Fairview IB World Schools, as announced on 23 March 2022.
