Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman

 

Starcrest Education Limited (LSE: OBOR), the international developer and
operator of education services in Europe, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Jasbeer Singh, as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company
following a Board Meeting, held on 3 March 2023.

 

Jasbeer Singh was previously co-Chairman with David Lim who will remain an
Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
