Change of Name
 
Following the passing of the requisite resolution at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 28 September 2021, the name of the Company has been officially changed from "Starcrest Education The Belt & Road Limited" to "Starcrest Education Limited".
The change of name will take effect on the London Stock Exchange from 8.00 a.m. on 5 October 2021.
