Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report and Accounts

 

Starcrest Education Limited (LSE: OBOR), the international developer and
operator of education services in Europe, announces that its Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EU on Thursday,
4 August 2022 at Noon (BST).

 

The Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021
and the Notice of AGM will shortly be posted to shareholders and are available
on the Company's website at https://www.starcresteducation.com

The AGM will be held in person, however, all shareholders wishing to attend
the meeting via Zoom are invited to email the Registrar at:
