The Dow and the S&P 500 were set to open higher on Tuesday, as bank shares
gained on growing bets of aggressive interest rate increases by the Federal
Reserve and sportswear maker Nike rose after upbeat quarterly results. .N 
    At 9:12 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.50% at 34,609. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.35% at 4,468, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.19% at
14,398.5.
