** Shares of solar panel maker SunPower Corp SPWR.O fall
3.4% to $3.04
** Co says CEO Peter Faricy has left the company, effective
Feb. 26
** SPWR is conducting search process to identify a permanent
CEO
** Co says until a successor is named, the board has
established an Office of the Chairman, led by Tom Werner,
executive chairman of SPWR
** Last year, SPWR had raised substantial doubts on its
ability to continue as a going concern
** Stock has fallen ~35% so far this year
