SunPower falls after identifying issues with financial reporting

** Shares of solar panel maker SunPower Corp SPWR.O fall
3.3% to $2.07
** Co says it identified misstatements in its audited
financial statements for the year ended Jan 1, 2023
** SPWR expects a decrease in income from continuing
operations before income taxes and some other adjustments in the
range of $15 mln to $25 mln for FY 2022
** Says it has not completed the review and could not assure
the other errors will not be identified
** Including sessions' moves, stock is down 57% YTD
