Sunpower identifies issues with financial reporting, shares dive

April 23 (Reuters) - U.S. solar power storage and energy service provider SunPower SPWR.O said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday it identified misstatements in its audited financial results for the year ended Jan. 1, 2023, sending shares down 22% in premarket trade.
