** Sunworks Inc  SUNW.O  shares down ~12% at $3.46 premarket
after renewable energy firm receives delisting notice from
Nasdaq
    ** SUNW failed to comply with minimum bid price requirement,
per Nasdaq letter https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1172631/000149315220018317/form8-k.htm
    ** Under Nasdaq rule, SUNW has 180 calendar day grace period
to regain compliance
    ** SUNW's shares more than tripled and Polar Power Inc's
 POLA.O  stock nearly doubled on Thurs on heels of California
state planning to ban gasoline-vehicles starting 2035
