** Shares of cancer drug developer Surface Oncology Inc
 SURF.O  jump nearly 13% to $8.22 premarket 
    ** Stock set to break three straight sessions of losses and
log its biggest percentage rise in four months 
    ** U.S. FDA grants "orphan drug" designation for co's
therapeutic candidate for treatment of patients with pancreatic

    ** The designation is an incentive which provides tax
reductions and the exclusive right to develop the cure for a
specific condition for a period of seven years 
    ** Stock down ~22% YTD, as of last close
