Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 6th October 2025 that Mr. Gareth Laker, a PDMR, purchased 205,905 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.428 pence per share on 6th October 2025.

Following the above transaction, Mr. Gareth Laker is beneficially interested in 445,115 Ordinary Shares representing 0.034% of the total voting rights of the Company.

These benefits are in addition to the benefits of all carbon‐ceramic brake discs vs. iron brake discs: weight savings of up to 70%, longer product life, consistent performance, reduced brake pad dust and corrosion free.
