    * As of September 16, 2016 a settlement has been reached 
between an investor New Value sold its liability claims to and 
former directors and former auditor 
    * Under New Value AG's sale of claims agreement with 
investor, a substantial share of payment received by investor 
under this settlement will flow back to New Value AG
