ZURICH/BERLIN, June 7 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Friday:
    
    Novartis  NOVN.S 
    French drugmaker's Sanofi  SASY.PA  is poised to appoint
Paul Hudson, a top executive with Switzerland's Novartis, to
become the company's next CEO from Sept. 1, a source familiar

    COMPANY STATEMENTS  E-CH 
    * Metal Zug Group  METN.S  on Friday said it saw break even
result for earning before interest and taxes (EBIT) in the first

    * New Value  NEWN.S  concluded 2018/2019 financial year with
a loss of 2 million Swiss francs, it said on Friday.
