    ** Shale gas explorer says it signed a memorandum of

    ** Says agreement is to secure access to the Northern gas
pipeline for 100 terajoule per day for its Maverick Pilot
Development in Nothern Australia 
    ** Explorer says it will begin front-end engineering and
