** Tamboran Resources TBN.AX rises 6.3% to A$0.17; set for
biggest intraday pct gain since Jan. 10, 2025
** Natural gas firm signs MoU with Australia's no.2 oil and
gas explorer Santos STO.AX for studies to expand the Darwin
LNG project in the country's Beetaloo basin
** Study will evaluate options to supply natural gas to
potentially expanded DLNG facility
** Santos operates the existing DLNG project with a 43.4%
working interest
** TBN gains 17.2% YTD after losing ~36% in 2024
