Meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft 
 
The Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft (the "Company") conducted its first meeting after the election at the AGM held on 17 June 2020.
 
The Board decided, inter alia:
 
1.   To elect Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, as the Chairman of the Board.  
 
2.   That the following members of the Board meet the criteria for independence as prescribed by the Charter of the Company:
- Laszlo Gerecs, 
- Yuri Levin,
- Rene Frederic Steiner.
 
3.  To form the following committees of the Board of Directors of the Company:
