Tatneft's Board Approves Board and Revision Committee Nominations
 
At the meeting held (absentee voting) on 4 March 2020 the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft (the "Company") approved the following list of candidates to the Board of Directors of the Company for the election by the shareholders at the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company (the "Meeting") dedicated to the results of Company's performance in 2019 (to be held on 17 June 2020):
