Tatneft's Board Approves Board and Revision Committee Nominations
 
At the meeting held on 27 February 2019 the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft (the "Company") approved the following list of candidates to the Board of Directors of the Company for the election by the shareholders at the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company (the "Meeting") dedicated to the results of Company's performance in 2018 (to be held on 21 June 2019):
