Tatneft's Board Reapproves Board and Revision Committee Nominations

 

Due to certain changes in applicable legislation, at the meeting (absentee)
held on 29 April 2022 the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft (the "Company")
reapproved the following list of candidates to the Board of Directors of the
Company for the election by the shareholders at the Annual General
Shareholders' Meeting of the Company (the "Meeting") dedicated to the results
of Company's performance in 2021:

Revision Committee of the Company for the election by the shareholders at the
