Annual Shareholders Meeting of PJSC Tatneft for 2019
 
Annual shareholders meeting of PJSC Tatneft (the "Company") (LSE: ATAD) for 2019 was held on 17 June 2020 by absentee voting.

The following persons were appointed pursuant to the exercise of the Golden Share rights of the Tatarstan Government:
 
to the Board of Directors of the Company - Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;
 
to the Revision Committee of the Company - Sariya Kashibulkhakovna Yusupova, Deputy Head of Economic Analysis Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.
 
The shareholders also approved:
1.           Annual report of the Company for 2019.
2.           Annual financial statements of the Company for 2019.
3.           Profit distribution (including payment of dividends) based on the results of the reported year.
6.          ZAO PricewaterhouseCoppers/Audit as the Company's auditor.
Upon consideration of the results of 2019, shareholders decided that taking into consideration payment of the interim dividends paid for 6 and 9 months of 2019 in the total amount of 6447% of the nominal (par) value or 64 Rubles and 47 Kopecks for both preferred and common shares, the shareholders approved: (i) to set 30 June 2020 as the record date on which the list of persons entitled to receive dividends will be drawn up; (ii) not to pay any further annual dividends for 2019 on common shares; and (iii) on preferred shares to pay 100% of the nominal (par) value of preferred shares, i.e., 1 Ruble per share
