Annual Shareholders Meeting of PJSC Tatneft for 2020
 
Annual shareholders meeting of PJSC Tatneft (the "Company") (LSE: ATAD) for 2020 was held on 25 June 2021 by absentee voting.

The following persons were appointed pursuant to the exercise of the Golden Share rights of the Tatarstan Government:
 
to the Board of Directors of the Company - Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan;
 
to the Revision Committee of the Company - Sariya Kashibulkhakovna Yusupova, Deputy Head of Economic Analysis Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.
 
The shareholders also approved:
1.           Annual report of the Company for 2020.
2.           Annual financial statements of the Company for 2020.
3.           Profit distribution (including payment of dividends) based on the results of the reported year.
4.           ZAO PricewaterhouseCoppers/Audit as the Company's auditor.
Upon consideration of the results of 2020, shareholders decided to approve the dividends (taking into consideration payment of the interim dividends paid for 6 months of 2020) in the total amount of 2224% of the nominal (par) value or 22 Rubles and 24 Kopecks for both preferred and common shares. The shareholders approved to set 9 July 2021 as the record date on which the list of persons entitled to receive dividends will be drawn up.
