Retirement of Chief Geoloigist Rais Khisamov 
 
PJSC Tatneft announced today the resignation of Rais S. Khisamov as its Deputy General Director and Chief Geologist in connection with his retirement. Mr. Khisamov has worked in Tatneft for over 48 years and has been the company's Chief Geologist since 1997 and contributed to Tatneft stabilising crude oil production in the 90s of last century, introducing various advanced enhanced oil recovery techniques and creating the basis for further production growth pursuant to Tatneft Group Strategy. It is expected that Mr. Khisamov will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft. The Head of Oil and Gas Fields Geology Department Mr. Albert Bachkov will perform the duties as acting Chief Geologist.
