Statement regarding 1Q 2022 IFRS accounts

PJSC Tatneft informs about the decision not to prepare and not to publish IFRS
interim consolidated financial statements of Tatneft Group for the 3 months
ended 31 March 2022. Consolidated financial statements of Tatneft Group under
IFRS for subsequent reporting periods will be prepared and published in
accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and governing bodies'
decisions.
