Russia's November seaborne oil product exports up 5.6% on month, Reuters calculations show

MOSCOW, Dec 16 (Reuters) - Russia's seaborne oil product
exports in November rose 5.6% from a month earlier to 9.059
million metric tons on increased fuel production after main
seasonal and unplanned refineries maintenance was completed,
data from industry sources and Reuters calculations showed.
Offline primary oil refining capacity in November stood at
2.4 million tons from 4.6 million tons in October, Reuters
calculations, based on data from industry sources, showed.
A decline in idle capacity means refineries consume more
feedstock to produce oil products.
Total oil product exports via the Baltic ports of Primorsk,
Vysotsk, St. Petersburg and Ust-Luga increased 7.3% in November
from the previous month to 5.078 million tons, data from market
sources showed.
Fuel exports via Russia's Black Sea and Azov Sea ports last
month rose by 2.3% from October to 3.272 million tons.
Oil product export supplies from Russia's Arctic ports of
Murmansk and Arkhangelsk increased 99.1% month-on-month in
November to 94,600 tons.
Fuel export loadings at Russia's Far East ports rose 3% last
month from October to 614,600 tons, data from sources and
Reuters calculations showed.
